Today was Miranda and Ian’s mid-year piano recitals. Due to some quick thinking by Tammy, she talked the teacher into letting both of them go in the same recital session at 10:30 today. 🙂

In other news, the weather has been very warm the last few days. Today it got up into double digit temperatures and sunny. Chris came over for the afternoon (and stayed for dinner) to play some chess. We ended up playing Go as well. Chris was curious about it, and we had a good time with me explaining the rules, and then playing. It was so nice that we relocated to the deck and played in shirt sleeves until the sun went down.
