Ian has been doing a lot of “storyboarding” of late. Imagine comics, but without speech bubbles, and using very cinematic perspectives. Today when I got home from work, he was anxious to show me something. I thought it was another storyboard, but apparently he followed along with a tutorial on how to draw the Titanic. This is hand-drawn, not traced.
I mean, come on. Look at his primitive penmanship, and then look at the beautiful perspective on the freaking boat. It’s uncanny.
