I’m back to my usual holiday baking. Although I have to admit I went a bit overboard. I really didn’t intend for the recipe to make so much batter. I only wanted a couple of dozen marbled cupcakes so I could try out my new piping tip that makes “hair” or “grass”. It turned out to make 24 large cupcakes, 24 mini cupcakes, and 1-8 inch cake.
