National Novel Writing Month is the one month per year that Tammy and I exercise our writerly skills. Call it collective insanity, but we love it. 2023 marks the sixteen times that we have participated, and we have goaded each other to victory each of those years.
If I have to come up with a good excuse, I’ll go with: it helps my work. I have to write a lot of documents and people compliment me on their style and readability. I give NaNoWriMo partial credit.
