Sit-Stand Desk for Work

While I was away in Palm Springs, a rather large and heavy box showed up at work: my new VariDesk Exec 48″ sit-stand desk.

It sits on the desk surface, and with a spring-assisted lift, it can be raised so that the monitor and keyboard are at an ergonomically appropriate height for standing.

Having tried a standing desk, and even a walking desk in the past, the key will be getting used to it and not overdoing it. The ability to raise and lower it will be important so that I can stand when I want to and sit when I’m tired.
