Today was another day at Nakiska for us. It was an interesting one, because unbeknownst to us, a World Cup Ski Cross race was going on. We didn’t watch any of the racing, but it was neat to see the finish area as we were making our way to the green runs.

It was a lovely day, just under freezing when we arrived, and just over when we left. The snow conditions were just about perfect, too. Ian fell when getting off the chair the first time, and then again on the way down his first run. I don’t think his head was in the game, because he was fine after that. We also went to the tube park for the first time this winter. We stopped in Cochrane for lunch at DQ. 🙂
