Ian and I got our flu shots this evening. I decided that while we’re still healthy we’d better get it done. The other half of the family is sick. Miranda came down with a cold on Saturday and Simon started with symptoms last night. He has been going downhill all day. It’s only a matter of time before we come down with it.
Luckily Rexall had no-one waiting at 6.30-ish. We walked up to the counter with our pre-completed forms and almost went straight in. Hopefully it’ll be that empty when the other 2 go for theirs.

Sorry to hear Simon and Miranda are under the weather, Stephanie informed me that she is getting a cold also..Touch wood I’m OK so far.
How is everyone? Hope Simon and Miranda are feeling better.
I had the rare side effects from the shot on Friday (aches and mild fever and lethargy). Ian had a mild case of that too. Miranda is in the never-ending coughing phase of her cold. Simon is in a noticeably better state today. Yesterday was a trial run at being out of bed and doing some mild cycling on the trainer, but he was back in bed by the afternoon. 😄 I guess we’ll have to wait and see if the other half of us comes down with it.
I’m back in the land of the living. Still weakened and shaky though.
