Finally, the long-awaited day has arrived. Ian has been counting down the days to his birthday for almost two months now. Of course, today is a weekday, so he’s off to his stop-motion video camp at the U of C, and Miranda’s off fishing. So he had to get up bright and early.
Then it was opening cards and opening one present over breakfast. Mind you, with all of the gift cards and money from family, he ended up a lot richer by the end of breakfast.
Oh, and on Sunday, we went to the Calgary Extreme Air Park for Ian’s “birthday activity”. He and Miranda got to jump on trampolines for over an hour.
