As mentioned earlier, in deference to Ian’s recovering GI tract, we delayed our “official” Christmas Dinner to Boxing Day.
It was a fun change. It was nice to not have the responsibility of making that meal on top of everything else on the 25th, and it extended the festivities by a day. Here’s the table:
